general terms and conditions

1. please be 506% sure before you submit an order form. make sure you have read and agreed with our terms and conditions. strictly no cancellation once you have placed your order. return or exchange due to customer's change of heart is not possible. all payments are non-refundable.

2. please pay on or before the given deadline. failure to pay within given payment period will have you marked as bogus buyer. late payments shall only be accepted if you'll have us notified in advance. penalty fees shall apply.

3. iridescence ph will not be responsible for any delay, defect, damage or loss caused by shipment. we will be handling and packing your items carefully for you to receive them in pristine condition. we will not be held liable for any delays made by supplier, maker or fansite. we will be coordinating and constantly be asking for updates for a smooth transaction. all buyers must also be responsible in tracking their orders once tracking numbers are up.

4. we will not be held liable if supplier, maker or fansite goes MIA. refunds shall be issued only if payments are refunded to us. we are in no control of any conflicts or failures as we are only the receiving end, however we will make sure to communicate well with them so as to give our buyers assurance and quality service.

5. in cases of refunds for out-of-stock items or cancelled GOs, we will be giving full refunds via bdo bank deposit only. service charge shall be deducted from total amount if refund will be processed through remittance center.

6. iridescence ph claims the right for possession of unpaid items if buyer fails to pay second payment after 3 weeks from the given deadline. irph will only hold items for 3 weeks max. no refunds shall be given.

7. please do not order from us if you aren't willing to wait for your orders to be processed, made, and shipped. there are schedules and sequences to be followed. delays are inevitable as our supplies generally come from overseas. updates will be posted regularly through #iridescence_updates and you may browse the masterlist for the status of batch orders.

what are your couriers?

our main courier as of now is fastrack as it is the most convenient and has cheap fees. we also use lbc express, and grab express for pasig-rizal areas.

can i combine my orders?

combine shipping is okay only if the said items can fit the regular pouch, we allow 2 up to 3 items from different group orders. items like lightstick, photobook, season's greetings etc are bulky and heavy so they may not be combine with other items.

when will you ship my order?

depending upon the batch, once goods are onhand it takes us about 3 to 5 days to sort out and pack orders. if certain batch of group orders arrive at the same week, we'll process it in order.

i changed my mind, i want to cancel my order

first of all, cancellation is strictly not allowed. kindly read our terms and conditions again and get back to us once your mind is refreshed.

fastrack waybill linked me to lbc

t means that your area isn't covered by fastrack so the package has been fowarded to lbc. kindly wait for the system to process your tracking number.

i'll be paying late, is it okay?

given that buyer has informed us beforehand, we will allow late payments. late first payments <item price> will be charged 100 php per day up to two (2) days. late second payments <fees> will be charged 50 php per day up to one (1) week only.

have you received my payment?

to check status of your payments, kindly browse the masterlist. please wait for at least 48 hours for our admins to encode all payments received. if you've received an automated e-mail from google forms, that means your payment form went through.

i wasn't able to receive my package because i wasn't at home, what should i do?

please contact us asap if this happens, you'll have to pay the shipping fee once again for the package to be redelivered to you. same goes for packages that weren't successfully picked-up at lbc branches.

waybill does not exist

kindly wait for at least 24 to 48 hours for the system to process your waybill.

6. are you legit? can we trust iridescence ph?

for proofs of legitimacy, you may check our twitter page's "likes" tab, check #iridescence_feedbacks, and our feedbacks page. as we're still quite new, there may be not much reviews to show but if it makes you feel better, you can always come up to us and ask directly. and no, we don't scam people. we don't do that here.
